A digital measurement appointment was scheduled for the following Monday, and we were amazed by how quickly everything moved. Our countertops were custom-made and installed that same week—by Friday! The turnaround time was unbelievable.

The installers did an excellent job as well. They took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything fit like a glove. We couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Highly recommend 101 Countertops!

I just happened to stumble across 101 Countertops when I was just looking at possible options on updating our kitchen, as I hadn't decided if I was going to reface or replace our cabinets. I called into the office, and Giovy invited me to stop by to see what they had. When I got there, she provided me with information on where I could see full slabs, along with going through how they price for their work.

Once I found what I wanted, and thinking I would reface my cabinets, I got final pricing, which was at a very fair price. Johan, the owner, came out to measure the next day, on Saturday. On Sunday, I found out I was able to get all new cabinetry, something I didn't think was possible. Giovy and Johan quickly and without complaint adjusted with me.

Once my cabinets were installed, they were out the next day to measure, and before the end of the following week my countertops were installed. Johan discussed with me where they would need to do seams in the countertops and asked for my feedback and approval before producing the countertops. (The 4th picture has a seam that you won’t find unless you really take the time to study it, then maybe)

The installation was done quickly and perfectly. The team is meticulous about the install and taking care of your home while they are working. They clean up after themselves when they are done also. They even brought me a complimentary cutting board made from the countertop material!

Originally, I was going to go with a subway tile backsplash, but came across some unexpected issues due to my kitchen layout and the type of tile selected. Johann, the owner, was fantastic to work with, he worked with me to ensure I was completely satisfied, and in the end, we switched to a simple 4" backsplash that matches the countertop. It's beautiful and I'm completely in love with my new kitchen.

It seems it's harder these days to find companies that truly care about their customers, but Johann and his team really do want to provide a quality product you'll love at a fair price.

I'm looking forward to working with 101 Countertops again when I'm ready to update my bathrooms!

Rate at a 4.5 due to not fully cleaning up kitchen after complete. The lower cabinets were filled with sawdust and wood chunks. Took a full day non-stop to clean up. Maybe use a cover of some sort next time or ask to remove all the dishes from the lower cabinets before starting???

I will be using 101 again! Thank you!
